No. Beginners are welcome. What matters most is your commitment, curiosity, and willingness to learn. We start from fundamentals and build up. If you can use a smartphone, you can start this journey.

No responsible program can guarantee employment. What we can guarantee is access to practical skills, real-world projects, portfolio development, accountability, community support, and proven job-search systems designed to make you more competitive.

Your results will largely depend on your commitment, consistency, mindset, and willingness to execute. We will provide the roadmap, tools, training, and support. Your future will be shaped by what you do with them.

Only twenty participants. This ensures personalized support, accountability, and quality outcomes. We believe in depth over breadth. Each participant gets direct access to mentors, trainers, and the leadership team.

The program consists of two parts:

• 3-Day Intensive Training: A focused, immersive weekend where you learn the core skills and build your foundational assets.
• 30-Day Execution Challenge: Daily accountability, weekly check-ins, and structured action to turn knowledge into results.

This depends on your church policy. The primary target is members of the church community, as the program is designed to build people who will also contribute to the building project. However, exceptional candidates from outside may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to discuss your situation.

To ensure personalized support, accountability, and quality outcomes. We have learned that transformation happens in small groups, not crowds. With 20 people, we can give each participant the attention, feedback, and mentorship they need to truly succeed.

After you apply, here is what happens:

• Application Review: We review your application within 48 hours.
• Selection: If selected, you will receive an invitation to join the cohort.
• Onboarding: Pre-program orientation and preparation materials.
• Training: The 3-day intensive begins.
• Challenge: 30 days of execution with daily accountability.

You will receive all updates via email and WhatsApp.

Attendance is expected for all 3 days of the intensive training. If you have a genuine emergency, please communicate in advance. For the 30-day challenge, daily check-ins are mandatory. Consistency is the key to transformation, and we are committed to helping you stay on track.

Because we focus on transformation, not just information. We are not just teaching skills — we are building people who will build the Kingdom. The community, accountability, and mission-driven approach set this apart from generic bootcamps. Plus, it is fully sponsored because we believe in investing in people first.

A laptop is strongly recommended. While some tasks can be done on a smartphone, a laptop will significantly improve your productivity and the quality of your deliverables. If you do not have one, please let us know — we may be able to help arrange access.

Participants who choose to make the commitment voluntarily covenant to support the church is building project from the proceeds of their earnings. This is not mandatory — it is a voluntary expression of gratitude and stewardship. Beyond the financial aspect, the larger vision is to build people before building the building.
